Fergal began his career on IFTA Winning Republic of Telly, on his two years with the show, Fergal directed a host of viral sketches and two award-winning commercial campaigns. Following this – Fergal won a BAFTA  for directing Gbemisola Ikumelo’s (Amazon’s “A League of Their Own”) Brain in Gear for BBC2 and also directed the Channel 4 Comedy Blap “Thick As…”

He’s currently in post-production on new CBBC sci-fi sitcom “Nova Jones” created by Andrew Ellard and Helen Serafinowicz and is in pre-production on Season 1 of Brain in Gear for BBC 2. His multi-award winning horror comedy short “Something Doesn’t Feel Right” is still in the festival circuit, two years after its premiere at the Academy Award Qualifying Galway Film Fleadh.
