Business overviewJumper Productions Limited is a small company with fewer than 5 employees. We are a Film and Media Production Company.

How is the data shared?We process and share with our clients where required, personal information such as your name, age, postal address, e-mail address, phone number, bank details, photos and video of you and any other details as might be requested from you for the purpose of our work in the casting, planning, research and production and post production of films.
We may, from time to time, retain trusted third parties to process your information to provide us with services globally.
We do not sell or trade data or pass on data to third parties without the specific written permission of the data supplier. For example, if we are asked to recommend an actor for a job etc.
We will share data if required to do so by law (e.g. by the police or as part of a legal process) or as part of our regular accounting activities (invoicing etc).
In the event of a merger, sale, restructure, acquisition, joint venture, assignment, transfer, or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets, or stock (including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings);

Client/customer information: contact names, job titles, addresses, email, contact number, web addresses, social media information, billing information & bank details
Contributors for film projects: contact names, job titles, addresses, email, contact number, web addresses, social media information, photographs and digital film
We do not collect sensitive personal data (health, sexual orientation, dates of birth, school/college info etc) unless this is required for a particular project (e.g. a commercial or film project etc)
How do we store data?Our contact lists are stored in Apple iOS (Mail & Contacts) Harddrives and Google Gmail address books, All our computers and devices are password-protected with antivirus software installed.
We do not use facial recognition software.

We understand that data stored on these systems cannot be deleted for legal reasons including the following:
As such, if you have contributed to a Jumper Productions project prior to 2018 (e.g. as an interviewee on or cast etc.) this contribution will remain as part of that published work and as part of the rushes and research material that support that work. For legal reasons, we are required to retain information in the event that we need to defend the work.
As of 2018, anyone contributing or applying to contribute to a Jumper Productions media project will be asked to complete a contributor consent form and this will cover data protection and rights. These contributor forms will be kept indefinitely or for as long as the programme/report that they pertain to remains active.
Subject to any preferences you have expressed (where applicable), we use personal information to deliver marketing communications to you across various platforms, such as email, telephone, text messaging, direct mail, online, push notification or otherwise.
Except where we use your personal data for marketing purposes on the basis of your prior written consent and subject to any opt out preferences you notify to us in respect of electronic direct marketing communications, we process personal data for marketing purposes as necessary for the purpose of our legitimate interests in promoting our services.
Data management & viewing your dataUnder the General Data Protection Regulation, you, as a data subject have a number of rights which are detailed below. Some of these only apply in specific circumstances and are qualified in several respects by exemptions in data protection legislation. We will advise you in our response to your request if we are relying on any such exemptions.
